Erm...... divided on him to £50m might be a bit steep.Have seen mixed things on Everton forums in recent weeks. Lots of people saying £50m might be a bit steep for what he offers.
Hardly the same thing really.

You could say the same thing about Rodri, thats how much sense that post makes.I like Jack but if we beat West Ham tomorrow afternoon we will go top. Without Jack. Just saying.....
But I wasn't answering a question about Rodri so your post makes no sense either.....You could say the same thing about Rodri, thats how much sense that post makes.
Twas a shit analogy, own it:-)But I wasn't answering a question about Rodri so your post makes no sense either.....
Merry Christmas !
No way, he just never really got the City way. Biggest mistake by Txiki, closely followed by Phillips.
uh, i am, uh sure me and Jack would get on very well. We can talk about haribo and stuff.Says the man who doesn't know you start a sentence with a capital letter.
Totally agree. He's a good player and will look superb for Everton or Aston Villa, but ultimately that's his level. He wasn't, isn't and never will be a £100m player. He's nowhere near the levels of the players we've had who were worth more than £100m - KdB, Silva, Haaland, Rodri etc. It's not his fault he cost so much but he was Villa's best player and English and that's the fee you pay.
I honestly think it's great he's doing well for Everton, it will raise his profile. I suspect they will want to keep him and let's face it, they have a chance of European football and will need someone like him. They have Branthwaite and Ndiaye who would both suit us and I suspect they will do a deal in summer.
We also need as many players as possible doing well for England in a WC year so I hope he continues to do well and good luck to him.
I think rice has been worth it for arsenal. He has been brilliant and is available every game. Caicedo too Chelsea fans absolutely love him.Rice isn't a £100m player
Wirtz isn't a £100m player
Isak isn't a £100m player
Enzo isn't a £100m player
Caicedo isn't a £100m player
Jack's not the only one. I can't think of many players that have gone for over £100m and been worth the money

The issue I have with grealish is his off field habits. Watching him this season it’s clear it’s catching up with him. He looks slow and unfit. Everton fans are starting to turn on him too saying he doesn’t produce enough and he never takes a man on.
Just glad he isn’t our problem right now but he will be in the summer sadly. I can see various loans until his contract runs out.
Only bright side is the fact his performances for Everton and cherki’s performances have made the fans who said it was all on pep look even more stupid than they did before.
I think you’re massively down playing rice’s impact. Arsenal have been the most consistent side over the last few years and rice has been crucial to that.Rice hasn't been brilliant. He has about 2 good games a season for them and they start talking about him winning Ballon d'Or! No way he's worth £100m
Jack was £100m and was integral to us winning the lot in 23. Rice hasn't done that

If your judging a player purely on what they have won they I assume you have John O’Shea and Darren fletcher above the likes of Steven gerrard and harry kane?
Well I think that logic is completely flawed. I’m not going to go over old ground but imo other players in that treble side produced a lot more during that season. Grealish was a cog but Rodri, haaland, Dias, ederson, gundogan, Bernardo etc all played a much bigger role.I'm judging a player based on the impact they've had on a winning team. Jack tops that out of all the above mentioned £100m players.
