Not sure why people get triggered by Merson.

If you wanted some serious advice on a topic about football, would you actively seek his opinion?
Most definitely not, therefore his opinion isn't worth much
His views on the Premier League are irrelevant.
They're as useful as Talkshite's featured interview with Ray Parlour discussing the impact of quantitative easing on the economy as a whole.

Had the same patronizing rubbish Its certainly didntDone mine address the issue I raised so a follow up is on the way
Done mine:

I am not satisfied by the response to the above complaint and it didn't remotely answer my complaint. I didn't complain about the financial disparity between Manchester City and Exeter City being highlighted, nor about any agenda against Manchester City. You repeated the completely false narrative that Manchester City is owned by the state of Abu Dhabi. This falsehood can easily be verified by looking at Manchester City's published accounts where the ownership by private companies, not sovereign wealth funds, is clearly stated. I notice you have amended the article but it still contains the false statement that Manchester City rely on the financial support of the Abu Dhabi state. Manchester City's spending is self-funded, from its revenue, and they are subject to the same rules that apply to all other PL clubs and those playing in UEFA competitions. A number of other clubs, including Manchester United & Liverpool, have billionaire owners, yet this never gets mentioned. And you wonder why people think there is an agenda. Please therefore amend any reference to the Abu Dhabi state to HH Sheikh Mansour, who is the majority owner.

I'm still waiting for my complaint reply. Given they've amended the article I'm looking forward to asking them whether they have amended all of the similar ones misstating our ownership that are still up on the BBC Sport website

I see Harris on social media this afternoon complaining about “intimidation” from the club.
He links his sub stack which for obvious reasons I have no idea what it contains …

My effort
You have not answered my complaint, just replied with a patronising explanation of what the article was about
BBC has a responsibility to get information correct, I know that videos are edited to suit an agenda so, maybe it’s asking too much?
I complained about an inaccuracy in a website article about the ownership of Manchester City FC, overnight a slight edit was made but, was still inaccurate so I followed up
The information about the ownership is freely available on Companies House website and also CFG's so even the most inexperienced staff member should get it right.
So, I demand that the article is corrected and infuture the BBC get the information correct
FYI;
CFG are 100% owners of MCFC Ltd
CFG are 83% Newton Investment and Development LLC a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and fully owned by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. and 17% Silver Lake an US based technology group
Please read the complaint and answer it not send a standard patronizing reply as normal
