morning all.

As the title says really, looking for tips on the subject.

I know fibro has been discussed on many seperate threads, but thought it be easier to have everything here.

Not only am i struggling with it, but loved ones are aswell. Just wondering for any sufferers have you found anything to help?

Keep seeing adverts for NMN supplements, but don't know much about them, are they worth investing in?

NHS are not much help, just BEEN told to go to a class that I Need to sign up for and wait for a space.

Hope someone can help.

My wife suffers with this for years there is very little medicine to help with the condition, constant pains , headaches, fatigue.

I haven’t go it myself so not heard of any potential helpful treatment.

But I genuinely wish you all the best in finding something that will help.

Thanks, I'm hoping the tablets I ordered work

I have had it for a very long time, get on pregablin from the dr, it is pretty much all that is available on licence, if you are offered a low dose antidepressant then try it as it will help with pain and sleep

I swear by magnesium calcium complex from biocare or amazon, it helps to relax your muscles, give it 3 months and see

We all have it differently, for me it is 24/7 pain and fatigue, i have had it for 35yrs so i have learnt that it is a waste of money to buy everything going, it will cost you a fortune

Pacing yourself and getting enough rest is key, all the best lovely x
