Antoine Semenyo | Prefers to join City - Ornstein (p73)

Semenyo isn't an ambitous signing to be honest. Both Savinho and Marmoush are good enough without going in the transfer market at this stage. Vini Jnr seems more box office but the issues are with his attitude and seems more trouble than what he is worth. This seems unlikely at this stage of the season but the likes of Guehi are more prudent with Ake showing major signs of decline.
I disagree about Ake, but he would probably agree to a move to help him get to the World Cup. He had a couple of difficult years with injuries and despite that, he still looks solid when given time on the field. He might not be as fast so maybe it is in his best interest to find another club, on loan, maybe with option to buy. He might fancy another stint with Bournemouth. People here would love that, maybe a deal to get Semenyo here on the cards and Ake going back to Bomo?

With Ake the injuries have taken its toll and even Bournemouth would think twice about considering a swap deal. I am probably wrong but Semenayo is a straight forward release clause.

Wide forwards beed to get goals. Savinho and Marmoush have a grand total of 0 goals in the Premier League (PL) this season, whilst Semenyo is 3rd on the PL goal scorer's list with 8. It's hard to think of a more ambitious signing.

Has he signed yet, or what?
We're just trying to confirm if he's left footed but plays on the right, right footed but plays on the left or both footed and can play on either.
Im more concerned if he can play against a low block or a mid block or a high block. If he doesnt sign by new years eve hes definitely off to Liverpool his boyhood club.

You forgot whether he can be a full back!

What about his ability (or lack of) to track back?

I think they have enough to stay up, especially when they can get their injuries back. PersonallyI hope they stay up because I love the story of Bournemouth still being in the Premier league
I hope they are relegated, shite ground with shite away allowance and a right fucking trek from Manchester

Semenyo is levels above Savinho.
