Have they allocated pubs yet?
Everytime we have been on the west side we always got box park. Not this time it's for arsenal fans

The football special train advertised through City has been cancelled due to insufficient numbers… bastards!

Me and two mates had booked on that.

Exactly the same. Three of us booked on it. Obviously it is because it was starting from and returning to Stockport rather than Piccadilly. The company should have thought that through before advertising the service. It was widely known that Piccadilly would be out of action until 1pm on the 22nd.

Hope you get sorted mate.

We rang through our phone books and thankfully found some lads with a minibus that had 3 seats going spare and they were pleased to have us even though they only know one of us… we bring the price down for them.

We got it by pure chance and I bet some won’t be as fortunate.

Use split tickets. Change at Brum then straight to the stadium on the Chiltern line. Also can change at Crewe and or MK. Use the West Midlands trains. Only takes an hour longer and will save you at least £100 on rip-off Avanti.
Does the train from brum to london stop at wembley then? I might do that instead if its the case because i need a mortgage to afford avanti

Yes. You can get on any of the stops on the Chiltern Railways line which stops at Wembley Stadium itself. Some of them you go to Marylebone and change but it’s only 10 minutes. You can get a day pass from Wycombe which gives you free travel across the London network and is very cheap if three people travel together. You can also do park and ride from any of the stops before the stadium and most are free to park on Sundays on the street. Use the Splitticket site or the Trainline app.

Don't know if I'm just being thick, but has anyone got their cup final ticket loaded onto a phone yet? I can see my account and the game is there, only able to donate/exchange/transfer - no download, no link to add to wallet etc in my e-mails.

Think it usually comes through via email with a link to download.

Tickets get sent out by email and you download from there into your phone’s wallet.

That won't be the reason, the £130 ticket price will be.

Scandalous but that's how much it costs to run a charter train in Britain thes days!

What have the Access Team said to you about this.

Unfortunately, City’s system for helping people with disabilities and their PAs to get Wembley tickets isn’t straight forward. It’s a bit of a nightmare for Branch / Ticket Secs. I’ve sorted the tickets for a number of people over recent years and getting sorted seems to require the Blues to raise their ticket requirements with Access Team. Then Branch Secs request the tickets on the OSC system in parallel and then the two requests are matched up.

There really should be one streamlined system but I’ve found myself having to head over from Leeds to Manchester to get the tickets sorted.

In putting in a load of time to help Blues, I’ve received a range of reactions including grateful fans to others threatening me with legal action and making up that I wasn’t trying to sort their tickets.

People can moan all they want but really the system is inadequate.
They managed to sort it no issues they have always been so helpful. It’s always just a bit irritating the amount of phone calls I’m having to make every time but I can’t really complain it’s all sorted now. I’ve rung them up so many times over the past few years I think they know my voice
