Players are allowed to go down holding their leg as if it’s broken when there’s nothing wrong with them, roll around holding their face when they’re brushed lightly in the back, or have a fingernail on their shoulder but run on 4 strides before diving in the box to get that player sent off - thats all accepted even though it’s cheating.

However breaking the mundane side to side flow of a game by actually doing something entertaining in what is an entertainments business, ohhh that’s too far.
Woe betide anyone show skill or flair in this game by doing some keepy ups. No you’ll rightly be kicked the next time you have the ball and have angry primadonnas sqaure up to you and point a finger in your face, as well as have Alan fucking Pardew say you were out of order on a football phone in.

Fucking mad when you think about it.
 
After the game I love it, during it I had a reaction more like Pep cos we still had 20 mins to play, I think Arsenal hit the bar a couple minutes after. Which if it went in would have swung momentum and Cherki could be having Richarleson memes about him. You can see why Pep is reluctant to play him when he has a lot of maturing to do.

However that’s by the by, he is our best creator/linkup player and it forces Semenyo out to the wings which is his best position. mercurial he is a Cherki and his Nonchalants in the celebrations had me howling haha
 
He was great today, I have to admit a few weeks in to this season I feared he was a bit 'lightweight' for the PL and I favoured Tijjani Reinders.

I guess thats why Pep Guardiola is the MCFC manager and not me!

But I still reckon he will be in the managers office tomorrow for the keepey-uppee thing!

We absolutely cannot punish him for those characteristics, if they are ironed out of him you start to lose what makes him so special.

The fact it got George Michael booked a couple of minutes later made it all the more funny.

I agree 100% that moment was up there with Bernie during the Liverpool guard of honour a few years back - I don't think he was disrespectful he was just doing what Cherki does.

For me we look far more of an entertaining team with Rayan as our playmaker. He has the ability to make others look better and you can see is trusted by all to receive the ball in tight spaces. No higher praise than that.
