Let's hope so.Haaland was good.
One of those games where there's barely a sniff for strikers. Very little space for them. It probably was going to take a player arriving in the box from deeper to score the goals. They had two defenders pinned on Haaland.
The rest of his play was good and he worked hard for the team, which is all you can ask for when chances aren't coming.
I've no doubt he'll be back firing soon. He's too good not to be.
That's Fair comment tbh. Watching on a tv,you don't always pick up such subtle points..Ran his arse off, set the tone from the front, always in position to block the passing lanes which stopped them being able to play out and whenever they did get through, he was the one to sprint back in and cover for cherki/semenyo/doku who were out of the game. Might not have had much involvement in terms of chances or helping to create them but he performed his role and then some today. Anybody criticising him today simply hasn't got a clue about the game they're watching if it's their genuine opinion.
I've said that a few times about other players in recent years, most recently Bernardo. watching on TV you can't see most of the vital work done off the ball so it's easy to dismiss it but you see it all at the game if you want to see it (some still choose to ignore it) Haaland lead from the front yesterday like a true leader and you still have people suggesting he was crap because he had minimal involvement in a creative sense. this is why I have always come back at those suggesting he is lazy or disinterested. It's simply not true. That's Fair comment tbh. Watching on a tv,you don't always pick up such subtle points..
Haaland travelled to Barcelona after the match for a meeting with Dr. Ramon Cugat.Norway national manager is a true gem, allowed Haaland to miss their first upcoming friendly to give him some time off. He constantly affords Haaland addition rest at the expense of internationals that may determine whether he has a job or not as he knows it's best all round if Haaland gets as much rest as possible ahead of the world cup. Really hope Haaland smashes it at the world cup if only to prove their manager is correct in the way he's looked after Haaland. If only some of the other national team managers would take note.

It's not a secret he is a Leeds fan and it was a light hearted moment with a Leeds fan. I don’t really care who he supports just how he plays tbh.Just seen a video of him saying ‘leeds til we die’ yesterday. He can bollocks with all of that as far as im concerned!
Following the game plan. Haaland took 2 players out of the game all match leaving others free to create. Unselfish team playerWhen Nico scored our second iirc 3 City .
players went for the cross,Semenyo, Bernardo and finally Nico who got his head on it
Erling had pulled back near the right side towards the back of the box, maybe taking people with him. Bit a criticism but would love to know his thinking there.
Same thing was said about rags players and dippers and this sub used to laugh at that thoughtFollowing the game plan. Haaland took 2 players out of the game all match leaving others free to create. Unselfish team player
