Impressed with young Luke there, got his facts over as best as he could while being constantly talked over and goaded. But that fuckin gooner is just another football fan who thinks that football started with the premier league. Convinced himself that we only have history since 2008. Why don’t these fuckers research football before the PL. Makes my blood boil

Bottom line is they've set about jamming their own fist down their throat AGAIN.

They should have had this sewn up a month ago.

We should not be in this position but have worked our arses off to be here whilst they've fumble fucked themselves into a right mess.

They are twitchy, anxious and honestly prime for a beating.

Pep needs to think without overthinking yet not be too predictable especially vs. Lego-head.

We show up confident, start strong and not succumb to their cheating tactics - we take all three points. Beauty is we still have more to do so in essence this is just "the next game."

Cannot wait!

Interview is here if people want to have a look - Youtube

I was glad to see him have to play 90 minutes last night whilst our lads had their feet up. I watched the arsenal game instead of madrid bayern - was obviously glad to see arsenal didn't score, but also good to see raya look a bit nervy on the ball and make mistakes a couple of times. Their corners didn't look great either *touches wood*

They're a good, well organized team but we've got to fancy it. If we win it feels like we will win proper.

For the record if we draw I still think we have a decent chance of winning the league.

That's the one, just completely edgy for no reason, which means they are feeling the outside noise.

The Goons are making all the noise pre-match , which is a sign of their insecurity , our approach will be low key and let our players do the talking on the pitch , the stadium will be bouncing , for all the criticism of our atmosphere , when the chips are down , our fans turn up the noise. Used to get a bit anxious when we played Klopp's teams in big deciders , i am not worried at all about the shandy drinkers. We will have to grind them down but we are relentless at the moment , our front three along with Cherki , Rodri and Bernardo pulling the strings , this is only going one way.

Other than corners & set pieces I can’t see how they hurt us especially in open play. I fully expect us to dominate the midfield battle. Khusanovs speed replaces what kyle Walker gave us for years as well and I expect him to snuff out any counter attacks.

I would like to see Haaland drop a little deeper at times especially if he isn’t getting much change originally out of the Arsenal centre backs. Gets him into the game and away from that duo and his moment will eventually come in the match as long as he keeps his patience.

Finally the crowd has to be right on it. Get right behind our lads and make it as uncomfortable as possibly for the already shaky arsenal. Honestly feel this is a potential title decider and whichever team loses the match is going to have a hard time recovering from it. Arsenal it will be mentally and us it will be numerically (points wise)

Don’t want to be too overconfident but given Arsenal’s recent performances I find it unlikely they can do serious damage in open play. If they go for it, I’m not particularly worried by Madueke, Martinelli, Trossard, Havertz or Gyokeres. Their best bet is to win a set piece and play on the counter with balls in behind.
One thing is for sure, we aren’t pummelling them like 4-1 the last time. It will be a close game that hopefully goes in our favour.

These have lost their way this season.
They now have no control in games, no plan B if the four press them, neither keeper looks comfortable playing it out, they can’t string passes together and are left relying on individual moments.
Considering our inconsistency and no other teams challenging this season they had a free run at it and have melted.
They’d be the worst champions for a while if they do manage it.
3-0 incoming.

Just wondering if we finish 2nd with a cup double. And they win the league and finish chumps league runners up. Who has the better season.?

Haaland has been doing that in recent games. His ball control has improved a bit and he is becoming better at muscling others off the ball. He is also 2nd in assists this year behind the obvious leader.

He also had to resort to the old tripe like you cant fill your stadium. Also particularly moronic was the claim that Pep has limitless resources to buy the world's best. Someone should tell him that his old boy Merson described KDB as a chelsea flop waste of money when we (Pellegrini actually) bought him.

The last 3 games we have looked great but only after 20 to 30 mins in, we seem to start slow, we won't keep getting away with that, we need to be on it from the first whistle in this game, if we start slow and they score, it will be the most boring game of football ever

Imo, It's by design that we started slow in those games and then hit them hard.

What if they scored first? Maybe we can make a comeback as we did at Anfield?

There are trade-offs with all tactical approaches. E.g., if we start at our most dynamic best, then we may get tired in the 2nd half and lose control.

Wanting to play 90 minutes like we did in the first 20 minutes of the 2nd half against Arsenal or the first 20 minutes of the 2nd half vs Chelsea is unrealistic.

This time we may try to score early and decide the game in the 1st half. Will be interesting.

I’d rather us ride a storm and grow in a game rather than the reason why we haven’t won this league already which was not having a second half in us for over half this season
