Match discussion (WSL) - City 1 v 0 Liverpool- Sunday 3 May KO 12:00

Me neither.

(It might be a bit moot as the way things are going we won't be lifting the trophy when the men are kicking off in the cup final.)
I don't even want to think about Arsenal winning it. It's painful enough watching our six-year title winning streak come to an end. To see them nick it right at the end would be heartbreaking.

Bafflingly slow, Kerolin utterly useless and Shaws passing so poor The one player they need to get the ball to they almost don't seem to want to pass to.Hemp created the only chance from which Shaw should have scored and a superb cross field pass completely wasted.

They wouldn't nick it - we'd have absolutely gifted it to them on a plate.

I've said for some time, in the PL we're Bayern Munich; in the WSL we're Borussia Dortmund.

One word summary: garbage

Lucky to still be level.

She's been off it for some time (I think the Asia Cup/injury took a toll.)

I'd have started Clinton ahead of Kerolin - but yes getting Clinton on for Fujino makes sense.

I'd take 1-0 Shimizu (o.g) 89 at the minute:)
Yes at this stage any scrappy goal and a win will do but even that is not looking likely. Certainly not without some changes.

Nerves by them like last week they are shitting it! Its 0-0 need to find a way to win this or they’ll struggle to win the league!

It's clear that the team misses Miedema. She's the team's linchpin. What is her injury, anyway? Shaw scores a lot---but she is also very wasteful. Nobody in the WSL gets half as many chances as she does. Let's get a goal.
