Just had to go for the Count. Just brilliant. A one-man show attacking-wise for much of the game. But Bernardo was again brilliant along with the always improving Nunes. His pace and recovery ability is so important. Thought that Ake in particular and Guehi were excellent as well.

I didn’t vote for Doku (who clearly was amazing and his best City performance) but my vote went to Phil. I was so pleased with his cameo and he looked to have his mojo back,it was great to see

Possibly the most one sided vote we will have. The strategy was “Give it to Jezzer” and he seriously delivered. Mad that they didn't double up on him very often… they must have really fancied Kayodes chances but he got turned into Bitch Meat and they didnt change it

Doku again roasted the full back all evening, Bernardo very good again ( why are we letting him go ?) Foden looked up for it Nunez Guehi and Aki all good performances plus the keeper when called on.

Went for Doku, it was good to see Foden looking more like his old self, a brilliant save keeping him off the scoresheet but he looked neat and tidy with his passing.

I voted for Doku obviously but I think Phil Foden deserves a mention. I saw a flicker of light that suggests there may still be life in Phil. I hope we get the Phil back we had. It’s a shame he isn’t aggressive but it’s not in him.
