Someone has clearly made an error. It says “edited today,” which doesn’t inspire confidence that this email with all the information included will actually be sent today or even be accurate if they can’t get the dates right.
 
The Season Ticket renewals window will open from Tuesday 26 May – Friday 5 June.

If your Season Ticket is set to auto-renew, it will renew automatically between Tuesday 9 June - Wednesday 10 June

If it's anything like previous years, it's first-come, first-served over the portal with the available seats showing on the stadium map.
 
Season Ticket Members will be able to relocate their Season Ticket seat from Tuesday 16 June - Wednesday 17 June.

It says that we should have received emails. I’ve had nothing
 
if eligible to upgrade from Flexi to gold as attending 16 (inc. Villa), will they specify this in the email sent out soon?
