They are the team with the most draws in the Premier League, and no doubt a few of those will be amongst the home games they haven't won ..... considering we could be a bit weary, and they've had a good rest, this could be game to try to nick a quick goal and then strengthen our defensive tactics and formation in the the hope of holding out !
Fuck em go for it, goal fest, with us winning hopefully

The benefit of having a fully fit squad now is that we can rest any that are feeling fatigued. Pep will likely try and get the players through this one - one big push to take things to the final day. We then have a home game after 4 days off, against a side with nothing to play for. Dias, Stones, Gvardiol, Foden can all come in if needed to win us that game.

Going for a win. I think the final games will be wins but unfortunately I expect Arsenals to be also. Could’ve be so different not a couple of weeks ago. Oh well.

I think this could be one of most difficult games of the season because a) it is must win, b) the timing of the game so soon after the FA Cup Final, c) Bournemouth are a good side, in good form.

I an encouraged though that Bournemouth have to win this game too. They must win to have a chance of the 5th spot. That means we should expect them to attack us which will mean we should be able to create chances.

One of those when you want your players to put it all on the line, yet at the same time you don't want players going again if they've got even the slightest worry.

I think this compares to the spurs away game in hand we had in 2024 except we needed the win to go top again going into the final game. But similar because that was a tricky away game at this point in the season, spurs weren't as bad as they are now. But we got the job done there against the odds so got no doubt we can do it here too

True, this could be a high scoring game. Ireola has done a remarkable job with these players, always seemingly on the front foot. Have a feeling the second half is going to be frenetic and we'll see some changes. Having an extended rest period will definitely help them. Pep may choose to save Doku for the second half.

Haven' they lost 2 of their 1stX1 for this game? One following a sending off in their last game and one for dubious texts to an underage girl. Quite a blow for a club of Bournemouth's size

We could see a 0-0 draw today with Arse-Burnley. It all depends on Burnley's mentality. I suppose its a question of - do you want to affect the PL one final time? Do we want to make a difference? If I was Mike Jackson, this is what I'd be asking my players. One final time to make an impact.

Not confident we will beat these, will arguably be our toighest game of the season, if we get a miracle later then that will aide us considerably but they're in great form with everything to play for. They press better than anybody else in the league and can play in a way we don't like. They can hit teams fast, direct and in numbers, we have the pace in nunes and khusanov to cope but we don't get back in numbers well, especially if we give it away cheaply after throwing too many players ahead of the ball.

Don't think Rodri can play. Simply not fit enough based on the weekend and we can't have a passenger like the final. Has to be Bernardo and kovacic in midfield to start, i'd have foden in the number 10 ahead of cherki because we need the workrate he brings, the rest picks itself.

Donnarumma
Nunes
Khusanov
Guehi
O'Reilly
Bernardo
Kovacic
Foden
Semenyo
Doku
Haaland

10 days for Bournemouth to prepare, two for us. Up against it from the off here
