Season Tickets - 2026/27 | Ticket prices frozen (p9)

How come the planner works for some people? I've tried on every browser etc
It seems only people who have pre registered to move or registered to upgrade a junior member to a season ticket currently have access, although from what you desrcibed today you are one of those so no idea why its not letting you in .

How strange, definitely fit the category as I was allowed to ring from 10am today, it would have made it so much easier being able to see it

It only works if moving to North Stand or purchasing in North Stand

If you have preregistered for a new Junior you have to ring if its for another stand

Its a fucking shite system - 1-2 hours plus on hold for almost everyone on here
 
Have read there will be a lot less Guaranteed Refunds available via Ticket Exchange next year.
Can anyone confirm? If true, I would think NS extension may have a bearing on this?
 
Because I chose standing on the pre registration, I can't see any of the seats. For those who registered for seating, can you see the old tier 2 pre expansion seats? That's where I wanted to move really but it's not showing up for me.
 
we waited to see what the seat view was like from tonights event, we really liked it and want to move.

We didn't click on the preregister link until this evening but now there doesnt seem to be an option in our account to relocate, will this mean we need to give them a call?

hoping to move mine and my 71 year old fathers ticket
 
Has anybody got through this morning for the new junior season tickets? Are there any left? What are my chances given the demand?

I missed my window yesterday (didn’t see the notification as was expecting it to be nearer the end of the month). Currently on hold twice for an hour before it’s dropped out!

Hoping to get one for my 6year old
 
Our whole season ticket approach confuses me.is it likely I will at least qualify for a flexi now with the new stand opening? Got a decent booking history.
 
Any news on value gold? Is it a matter of phoning up again in your renewal window? Don’t understand why they don’t just allow you to do it online.

It confuses everyone else, too. AFAICT, your best bet is for your dad to be a season ticket holder. Failing that:

Will Cityzens Members be able to purchase a new Season Ticket?

Yes. Ahead of the 2026/27 season, the Club will release over 4,000 new Flexi Season Tickets across the stadium. 50% of those new Season Tickets will be ringfenced for Junior Members.

Members who wish to purchase a Flexi Season Ticket in 2026/27 must have purchased general admission tickets for 35 individual home men’s matches (any competition) across 2023/24, 2024/25, and 2025/26.

Qualifying Members will be contacted with more information about how to purchase a new Season Ticket in May.

Just bought mine £330 on line. Confuses me every year ! Just go to Buy New, it'll let you buy a new value gold. Sorry about the duff attachment from last year's discussion.

Typical just came back to say I called up and did it. Couldn’t see the option on my online renewal. Would have saved me 20 minutes.

The woman on the phone said it could be a different seat each game though. Though she may have been confused.

Don't blame you getting sorted on the phone; this is the day I always worry the Value Golds will have sold out or the whole thing pulled.

A different seat game each game would be wild ! I'd quite enjoy that, but surely a mistake ?

Where have you ended up with Value Gold ? I've been close to 305 on East Stand each time.
 
I've just renewed my season card ,but I have decided to go for a Flexi -gold ticket, seeing as I no longer live in Manchester.
Realistically,I want to attend around 13/14 home games per season, I particularly don't want to go when there is a mid - week game after a weekend game, so paying for each game as and when I want to go suits me to the ground.
And it was a very easy process to apply for my new ticket, a 4/5 minutes application at most.

I am in the same position. And would be grateful if you could expand on your thinking.

I thought that a Gold ST offered more "protection" (in terms of guaranteed refunds, ticket exchange, etc.) than a Flexi Gold. Of course, you would still have to pay the Direct Debit every month - as opposed to Flexi Gold (where you pay if you buy your ticket).
 
Daft question from me but those who pay monthly do ours just automatically renew without having to ring up or email etc

Memory serves that’s what we’ve always done just hoping I’ve not missed any new rules
