That’s what I meant. Obviously the pinnacle is the league, and to add a CL to that is beyond. They didn’t though and their league win nobody remembers or cares about.

But 19 trophies in 10 years just doesn't quite doesn't have the same ring to it, so I'll stick with the 2 this seaon instead.

Everton let the nation down. They let Arsenal win the league and let Spurs stay up.

Although with us drawing so many games and letting Arsenal win the league, and dropping 5 points to Spurs, you could say we did n’all.

Feels a bit too Berty to claim that the two domestic cups make for a better season, but it's funny nevertheless that their once in a generation team has ended up with the same trophy haul as Leicester over the last decade. Us, Liverpool, and Chelsea have all had better decades.

Our very young injury plagued side won two trophies and finished a creditable second - schooling Arsenal in a Wembley final and at our place, and more than matching them at theirs.
