If we were about to have severe reputational damage, Khaldoon would be absolutely nowhere near City, he’d be distancing himself from the club and looking to drop it like a led balloon, to continue his political roles.

He’d have the biggest brass neck in the world to build a £300m new stand and complex, extend Haaland for 10 years, extend Pep for 2 years, buy Cherki, Reijnders, Donnarumma, Semenyo, Guehi, Khusano, appoint Maresca and pay Chelsea off to do so, go after a 9 figure Anderson etc. etc. if City were expecting to be caught doing the serious charges. Anyone worrying about this needs to step back, think and realise that City are full steam ahead. Not only that but all genuine ITKs are saying the club is extremely confident. They know they’ve already answered the vast majority of charges before and been cleared.
