Yan Diomande

It's all about opinions but whilst there is no denying he has many positive attributes, I don't see it with him. He operates best when he occupies the half-space on the rhs and that's where the majority of his numbers have come from. His crossing isn't the best, he often struggles technically when under physical pressure, and I've noticed a few times that he is often reluctant to take on his man when operating out wide. I think we'd get frustrated with him very quickly.

I completely get that's my subjective opinion after a few watches, but given we are try to elevate this squad techincally, I think our money would be better spent elsewhere.
Good points but everyone coming from abroad is struggling with the physicality. He’s in the national World Cup side and if we have players such as Nunes and maybe Porro supporting him, he’d have a season to adapt. Akliouche would dovetail well with Cherki and settle with Ait-Nouri, similar age and background.

AS Monaco have reportedly signed Fati permanently and have Detourbet coming from the CFG, so they’re putting pieces in place. They’ve also just sacked Pocognoli.

He’s too fucking ugly to join City!
WOW. WOW. WOW. Anyway, that is exactly what Real Madrid said about Ronaldinho—right up until he tore them apart, he humiliated them with a masterclass so extraordinary that the very fans who came to support Real Madrid rose to their feet and gave him a standing ovation. But we can rest easy, Diomande isn't Dinho!

I’m convinced that if Doku hadn’t scored two vs Everton some here would want him sold as well.

Why do you want Barcola so much?

Just like the chaos mate? Doku is finding his finishing a bit now and Barcola could do the same but I just love the dribbling aspect and we aren’t going to be able to get Doue or Kvara? Diomande just doesn’t seem to fancy us either so I think Barcola maybe without the over madness of Pep may be great in the premier league if you let him be him?
