PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I just read something in a small
Sports paper that the “main hearing” hasn’t even been set yet and what has concluded was just a preliminary hearing. Is this true?

I just hope that when this is over we ban certain people from the media from the club.

Who was that journalist that sounded like a cat asking Pep if he would leave in the 115 presser where Pep said he's not moving from his seat?

I forget the name but it was someone who worked at the dippers if I remember correctly.

She should be banned from the whole of Manchester!

Not really. The hearing took 10 weeks and is supposed to establish liability, i.e. did we breach the rules or not. I think most people would see that as the "main hearing", where all the evidence was presented.

The understanding is that there could be a further hearing if either side appeals. Then, if we have been found to breach any rules, there should be a separate hearing to establish any sanction.

Genuine q here alot of the comments on here seem to be centred around how the charges have made other fans view us, my question is why do you care?

Why do any of you give a fuck what mark the rag from Nottingham thinks about us, we didnt care when we were shit why do we care now, they are irrelevant to us.
I dont care. I just care that we're cleared. Will celebrate big time and give them lot a load of grief. Im so ready to press all the buttons.

I'd like the social media team to do a repeat of when we won the title in 2012 and a clock raced down to zero on the scoreboard.

All the fucking way from 115.
Stop copying my ideas ;-)

Sounds like you’re still very confident mate? Khaldoon sounded bullish in his end of season review. I’ve never been more convinced since the charges were announced in early 2023 that we’ll be exonerated.

I’ve reached a point of almost certainty.

Probably already been asked several times but is there a chance that both sides were told of the outcome ages ago and they have carried out the appeal hearing without publicly announcing the original findings?

That would possibly explain the delay.

I work for a Danish company, and everyone is off tomorrow some type of bank holiday, what a day it would be to get the news come out of the all clear of the 115 charges and be able to spend the day on forums and comment sections just doing laughing faces

I said the same recently mate, either an appeal or through to the next round of deciding punishment, but I think (could be wrong) the proper process is to publicly announce the result from the first hearing, and also Pannick and co. as well as the Premier League’s legal team, were photographed a good few times coming in and out of the hearing, I doubt they’ve all managed to do it all in private without being spotted.

I think both sides know, but there’s negotiating going on in the background to how it’s released and how the Premier League isn’t absolutely fucked as a result of City annihilating them. City could be looking for significant protections and concessions to how they are treated moving forward, including a seat at the table that the red cabal and Spurs have, in exchange for the entire Premier League’s hierarchy and other club’s executives not being removed from office. I think Levy and that **** from Arsenal going isn’t a coincidence, and are casualties that couldn’t be saved from the fallout, I think those two clubs are our biggest behind-the-scenes enemies.
