Neighbour fence issue

Completely replaced large fence down both sides and back of garden.(Neighbour watched me build it and never offered to help or share cost)
Strange set up but my neighbour owns land either side of my garden but not at the back as that borders a farmers field..
I've recently noticed that he's attached an armoured cable to the backside of my back fence so he can get power to his garage.
This has really boiled my piss as he didn't ask for permission to do this!
Am I being petty or should I confront him?
What would you do?

Providing it’s not causing any damage to your fence ide let it go mate.

We have some cunts who have grown a huge bastard hedge between our next door neighbour and themselves, they trim their side but not my old bloke neighbour. Now a big wedge is spilling onto my property and blocking my views. I asked if they would cut it down to a reasonable size but they said “they couldn’t” in my back pocket I’ve thought of accidentally butchering the bits on my side and on their side. So far I have held back. They are filthy red bastards so guess I should expect it. They are also getting on a bit so if I lost my cool and battered them it would look bad and Ide probably end up in Strangeways.

You can cut it if it hangs over to your garden long as you tell them.

Do you have decent home and contents cover? Only asking as I think creating a fuss with your rag neighbours would be a disproportionate response. However, an Englishman's home being his castle and all that, you are quite within your rights to smash your own back doors in, brick your own windows and torch the place.
