Should probably put this in the Berting thread, but that derby evening I had the pleasure of bumping into Ratboy on Deansgate Locks. Long story, but managed to blag my way up to the VIP bar at Sugar Lounge and there he was at the bar. Enthusiastically approach him, arm outstretched to shake his had, he reluctantly put his arm out. "Just wanted to thank you Gary and express my gratitude"...."what for?" he mumbled...."for laying the goal on a plate for the GOAT".

I was removed within seconds.
