PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Stop copying my ideas ;-)

Sounds like you’re still very confident mate? Khaldoon sounded bullish in his end of season review. I’ve never been more convinced since the charges were announced in early 2023 that we’ll be exonerated.

I’ve reached a point of almost certainty.
As long as you haven’t reached the point of no return.

Genuine q here alot of the comments on here seem to be centred around how the charges have made other fans view us, my question is why do you care?

Why do any of you give a fuck what mark the rag from Nottingham thinks about us, we didnt care when we were shit why do we care now, they are irrelevant to us.
It’s a reasonable point, except I do like talking about football with different people and it’s so tiring that any discussion about City is constantly brought back to the charges. I don’t care what they think about us, but I’d like to be able to have sensible discussions.

Anybody that relates back to the charges is incapable of having a sensible discussion about football because you quite simply arent talking about football, do u judge the quality of the food in a restaurant by whats on its balance sheet?

I’ve told the fkin lot of em from day one and once exonerated guess what, I ll tell em all a fkin gain

I said the same recently mate, either an appeal or through to the next round of deciding punishment, but I think (could be wrong) the proper process is to publicly announce the result from the first hearing, and also Pannick and co. as well as the Premier League’s legal team, were photographed a good few times coming in and out of the hearing, I doubt they’ve all managed to do it all in private without being spotted.

I think both sides know, but there’s negotiating going on in the background to how it’s released and how the Premier League isn’t absolutely fucked as a result of City annihilating them. City could be looking for significant protections and concessions to how they are treated moving forward, including a seat at the table that the red cabal and Spurs have, in exchange for the entire Premier League’s hierarchy and other club’s executives not being removed from office. I think Levy and that **** from Arsenal going isn’t a coincidence, and are casualties that couldn’t be saved from the fallout, I think those two clubs are our biggest behind-the-scenes enemies.
Agree with this , i suspect the Premier league are struggling to make anything stick and are in damage limitation mode , they have to go back to the Premier league clubs with something after spending £50m on legal fees , and i dont think Khaldoon is playing ball , he isnt prepared to take a "pinch" as he did with the UEFA jumped up charges. A lot of negotiating going on behind the scenes hence the delay
Give the Premier league and Masters f*ck all.

That would be nice.

There will never be negotiations between us and the current PL executive about anything related to 115. But I do wonder if the Football Regulator could have a role in mediation, otherwise this war will continue for years. Maybe its time for a new CEO at the PL. Dick Masters has secured a Varsenal title for them via PGMOL, no doubt they have agreed the rags will win it next year. So the old pattern - dips, rags and varse has been restored. He's done his upmost to destroy our club and caused untold reputational damage just as he promised them when he was recruited as the cartel's man.

I don’t think the decision has been passed to the parties yet (unless they get it today). Because it will inevitably leak out. However both sides must be preparing action plans in advance of likely eventualities. It will be a major crisis for either side if they lose on the main allegations. A huge amount of work must be going on behind the scenes. I wouldn’t describe it as negotiations but there have to be back channel discussions happening on the comms side for starters.

Probably already been asked several times but is there a chance that both sides were told of the outcome ages ago and they have carried out the appeal hearing without publicly announcing the original findings?

That would possibly explain the delay.
If true, then the original decision definitely went against the PL.

If it had gone FOR the PL, the cunts wouldn't have been able to control themselves.

When the PL issued us with the alleged breaches/charges with the help of the media it gave the morons that support rival clubs something to latch on to. It has given them hope that City will fall from grace after years of us beating them on the pitch. That is where the damage to our reputation is and this group of stakeholders do not matter. Morons will be morons. And, there's no point arguing with idiots.

City have still been able to attract top players, new sponsors and investment. We have a very strong brand globally. So, no damage there when people are looking at City and using their brains.

We await the decision. FXXX knows why it is taking so long. Maybe the delay will make sense when it does. If we were doomed I think something would have leaked by now.

As for the morons, when we are cleared of the main charges, they will always find something to throw back at us. But, they are only doing that because they are very sad people and their opinion don't mean shit. FXXX the morons.
