I'm getting an iPhone when my contract's up in March. Cracker of a phone.

Whens that mate, my contract comes up in the next few months, but i could hold on.

There is no set date for the Iphone on Orange yet but it will be before Xmas. I am holding off to see what deals they do as i want 1!

I was also looking @ the Sony Ericsson Satio which is touch screen & an amazing camera but I posted before & it seems they are not that popular yet.

Sony Ericcson are the most realiable phones out there though.

i really really want an iphone. partly cause of all the apps.

but there are a load of deals out there offering a free ps3 which i also want

so do i get the best fone out at the moment and get an iphone and pay 250 for a ps3 or get a fone not as good and get a free ps3

From someone who has both, get an iphone and buy the PS3, go second hand on the PS3 though, you can pick them up for about £150 now I believe

Read a couple of things, but they are a bit technical, which i'm not too clued up on.

Does it have the App facility which seems too be the winner for iphone?

Apps are available from the Ovi Store (Nokia's equivalent to iPhones)

It runs a Linux based operating system which allows it to run Mozilla with Adobe Flash 9.4 (which should be able to be updated as newer versions become available)

Being an open source code the phone doesn't need to be 'jail broken' to install unsupported apps
