Thought about this for quite a few weeks, Lee Bell and Summerbee should have "Legends statue" erected to them.

A reminder of our past, and a reminder to future generations of players.

Tueart's overhead kick (not sure how you'd do that as a statue though).
Neil Young scoring in 1969.
Tony Book with the Division 1 trophy.
Gary Neville after he fed the Goat.

Not Law, it's hardly a defining moment in CITY history, relegating somebody else. The Dickov knee slide, Colin Bell, or Book with the trophy would be most appropriate.
