The real coup has been the signing of Jose Angel Pozo from Real Madrid, one of the very best talents coming through in Spain.
The club are still waiting on international clearance to come through but the deal for the forward has effectively been done. It is a marker for how seriously City are being taken that they can persuade a player like Pozo that his future is in Manchester.

Being U16 - he is playing for City's U16s at the moment - it may have something more to do with not being ready for the U18s due to less physical leagues in spain
