season ticket sales

Won't let me book online have looked at membership card and it's 11/12 been on hold for an hour and a half anyone think it's worth holding or will they only sell to 12/13 members?
 
I managed to order 2 tickets online pretty easily but it's allocated both to my supporter number. Have been on hold for the past hour trying to sort out allocating one to my dad's supporter number like I wanted. Reckon they'll let me upgrade to Platinum as well? I chose Gold by accident in the rush to get the seats.
 
Done, but with a heavy heart, leaving the "300" in 212.

Block 232 family stand 2nd row, lucky as they became available while I was dealing with the lad at the window.

When you get to the payment stage, click the direct debit icon to the left of the ticket info and you see a popup to choose the direct debit option (1 payment or 4 installments). You have to click the icon for every ticket you're buying.
 
Hour and 50 mins listening to bloody music then the landline phone goes dead and cuts me off, am unable to buy online as need to move my seat as buying a kids one
