Trying to get onto the OS but all I keep getting is a black screen with the wording MCFC and a rectangular block.
Any ideas folks or is the site just down.

Yes, I keep getting a blank screen too. If it's planned downtime they should redirect to an information page.

Had trouble earlier but now it looks ok.. They where probably working on the site

Works ok in Internet Explorer but not Chrome.

Yes, now and then one of the links isn't working properly - better than it was 15 mins ago though, couldn't get anything to load.
