Bayern Munich away travel details - UPDATE

A bit last minute with a panic about the travel arrangements but 2 of us doing our first European away - can't wait!
Does anybody know if theres a particular area of Munich town centre like the Marienplatz for instance or individual decent boozers where all the blues are likely to congregate during the day for beer drinking and song singing!
