Bit harsh on some of the races, Mens 400m, 800m, 5k, 10k & Steeple all have the best athletes in the world involved. Women's 800m, 1500m, Steeple, 5k, 10k likewise.





For cycling fans Alex Dowsett and Geraint Thomas have started well in the time trial.
