I like a lot of the films you dismiss, but enjoying film, I have made an effort to watch what people call classics and two that spring to mind from very different eras, but I thought were fantastic are The Third Man and Blade Runner.

I must have been out of the office on the day the memo was circulated informing us that that was a good film. Never understood the cult following it has (same with Withnail and I). Both seriously over-rated films, in my opinion. Good shout on ''The Third Man'' though.
