Season Cards Not Working

Do you need to contact the club to get these fixed or do they tend to iron out the bugs after the first game. I don't fancy 30 mins of pass the parcel in the rain again next match.

I contacted supporter services today, all three of ours didn't work. They are sending replacement cards but paper tickets for Stoke as the cards won't be there in time.

I've always expected my card on the first game of the season not to work. Must be the City supporting mentality I can't shake off. So far so good!

Didn't receive mine, issued with paper ticket.
Apparently it will be ready to collect for stoke on saturday.

So pissed off i haven't got my citYzen scarf yet either :(

Mine didn't turn up either.

Went to the ground today to collect it as instructed. Hadn't turned up so given another paper ticket for Stoke and they're going to post it out to me. Couldn't they have done that in the first instance when I told them it hadn't arrived two weeks ago?
