CSKA Moscow Away Behind Closed Doors?

Like I said earlier,I'd scrapped my trip, hoping ill get full refund,so ill be at etihad, that day, hope the refund comes out of twatinis pocket

It is a nice gesture from City but they are toeing the official UEFA line as well with their none-recommendation of travel due to security issues. The same security issues will exist in Rome but they'll still sell tickets for that one and toe the official line. They have had over a week with the receipts of travel and I wouldn't be holding my breath getting money back off UEFA.

for those who were going sightseeing in any case, and making a holiday out of it (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) Alex has just posted an update about the skyscraper office building that looks out over the ground:

* although if you haven't gotten a visa yet you'd better get your skates on!

(and perhaps not mention you're a football supporter)

Seems like a good response from the club. What else can they realistically do?

Just underlines for me that the UEFA Champions League is only a vehicle driven by TV and advertising revenue. Match going fans are a dispensible inconvenience.

Going away with City is always good but this and the predicted hassle with Rome, have led me to decide I'd rather wait for somewhere I want to go, like Munich and Barca last year.

Not a bad judge. I wanted to draw Moscow as I wanted to revisit the place but it does seem a bit pointless with no game to go to.its not like we can pocket the the visa and reschedule for the next time we play them. 130 quid down the drain, then there is the flights and hotel.all paid for. Twats.

I doubt a lot, but if there're any of Sedated fans on here, you should know that there's his concert in Moscow tomorrow. Personally, I don't like him, but who knows, maybe there are those who do <a class="postlink" href="http://sedated816.com/home" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://sedated816.com/home</a> <a class="postlink" href="http://translate.google.ru/translate?hl=en&sl=ru&u=http://www.concert.ru/Order.aspx%3FActionID%3D48133&prev=/search%3Fq%3DSedated%2B(USA" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://translate.google.ru/translate?hl ... ted%2B(USA</a>)%2B.concert.ru%26newwindow%3D1%26es_sm%3D93%26biw%3D1600%26bih%3D799

I know 2 of the lads who were photographed in the Daily Mirror this morning and another lad who is going, talking to them Yesterday and nothing would stop them from going they have spent too much and gone through too much hassle not to and I don't blame them!

Me and 7 other Top russian blues I was coming to the airport with, were late for 2 F*CKIN minutes to see the team... F*ckin slow bus... All in City shirts/ with scarfs, we weren't even said what hotel does the team stays at... Everybody from the club answered with "I can't say you where"... I can understand it, but I'm still angry and gutted

I know a few of these lads who flew out last night. Also taking big Andy from Bristol who is too big to fit in the pic.
