A top quality Camembert - unpasteurised of course

Of the British Cheeses a really good Stilton with a nice Port or a decent mature cheddar always go down well!

Good shout on the Camembert, I recall a hotel in the Lake district, I was on expenses, and they served an uber-ripe one, up there with one of the finest tasting experiences I've ever had.
I'm not a posh **** by the way.

I am in the States at the moment, and one thing that does surprise me is the appalling choice of cheeses in the main supermarkets they mainly have a small selection of cheddars the rest is processed crap
