It's clear that Cyril led a full and wonderfully rewarding life. I must stop peeling those onions while reading interviews like that.

Yes the club know they have it up on there Twitter accountJust re-run the video. I hope too that the club do something appropriate on Saturday.

Cyril was my headmaster and football coach at The Friars (Blackfriars) junior school in Salford.
He was a decent bloke who helped out numerous kids and their families over the years.
The fact that so many pupils kept in touch with him on a regular basis tells it's own story.
He did have some relatives. One of them let my mate know, who managed to round up a few of the lads who attended the funeral on Tuesday.
He was a huge City fan, but most of the people who he taught were Utd fans. The fact that they speak of him so fondly is testament to the man.

Amazing man, and that is what City is all about. I could watch the "6ft 2" video over and over just knowing Cyril will appear. RIP Fella and say hello to my Dad....
