The letter says you need "official confirmation". I think this is the email sent to confirm the ticket purchase. This went to the person who carried out the transaction if it was a group purchase.

Could be, but I'm not convinced so I'll take the order confirmation email as well. I'll ask if I remember so we can be sure in future.The letter/email is the official confirmation.
