    David Silva - 2016/17 performances

The great relief is that City with Gündogan finally have a decent back-up and even rotation option for either Silva or De Bruyne, that should have a double positive effect: 1. If Gündogan is frequently rotated into the team, Silva & De Bruyne will be likely to suffer less fatigue injuries; 2...

Kevin De Bruyne - 2016/17 performances

Oh yeah, that's true, Silva still played in that one!! Says enough that I didn't even remember ... Okay so it's all in his own head then? 8, 10 or even 9 doesn't even matter anymore? Brilliant, let's hope he can keep it up. One thing is for sure, this De Bruyne definitely belongs in the center...

Kevin De Bruyne - 2016/17 performances

De Bruyne's sudden superform got me puzzled. After seeing him struggle with Belgium as well I was really convinced that he just wasn't suited for that playmaker role, he looked too nervous in posessions, sloppy passing, strange decisions etc. Even v Cyprus (last international game of the break)...

I genuinely dislike Bale, and I think (hope) he will be found out at the Euros for the athlete/bodybuilder with no clue about football that I think he is.

Might as well wire your money to me mate, KDB not in great form atm & likely to be pushed out to right wing now to accomodate Hazard as n° 10 playmaker. That could see KDB get a lot of assists, but definitely not much goals, apart from the odd brilliant freekick or something ... Hazard's bound...

    England Euro 2016 Squad

That's odd, I don't see much resemblance between Lallana & Sterling. I don't mean that in a joking physical way, but as players. Sterling all jumpy & naive, quick, dribbling, sometimes hesitant ... Lallana more mature, composed ... Sterling I think more potential though. I don't agree with...

Euro 16 - Anybody going to France?

There may be a hint of sarcasm in my username, I'm not sure ... ;-) I quite like De Bruyne though, not many out there who can kick a ball like him. But Hazard is simply an artist, every movement, every touch is just a piece of art, I don't care how few goals or assists he's had this season, no...

Euro 16 - Anybody going to France?

When the country plays, clubs don't matter anymore! So I'll be wearing my supercool black Burrda away shiry with E. Hazard 10 at the back! ;-)

    United thread 2015/16

they haven't had a top 4 finish since the ol scottish drunk resigned, last year they only finished closer because of massive let-downs by City, Arsenal ...

    United thread 2015/16

Why is there so much activity on the United thread ... Rags aren't even relevant anymore. Will be between City & Arsenal next season, with the scousers hunting until February.

    England Euro 2016 Squad

I don't like Lallana being named in the same ranks as Milner, rate him infinitely higher. Lallana is a composed player with good technique & vista, also able to score & create. Would even consider having him as a starter.
