    cardio recovery done. is this day 3 or 4? do you count fit test as day 1? managed to do a bit more than yesterday, but the workout was tamer so not going to get that excited about it.

    That's what I'm doing. Got a holiday next June so that's my target. Have also took before measurements and pics as I can't always see the changes on myself and get demotivated.

    Day 2 done. I can't do half the moves though so don't know what my results will be like. Chest gets in the way of all the bendy moves :s so don't know what the hell I can do about that. Oh and when he says move from the core when doing the butt kicks etc, what does he mean?

    I did the first warm up thinking 'it's not to bad, I can do this' then they started again. And how fast do they go? On some moves I was still on my way down when they were coming down for the next lot!

    Done plyo cardio just now. ( well say done, I watched the last 10 minutes from a heap on the floor) Couldn't even get through the warm up with out stopping. They must be some sort of fucking machines on the screen? I better have a body of a damn supermodel in two months!

    Starting this tomorrow. Is everyone following the meal plans? We eat healthy anyway, no processed foods, whole grain carbs etc so would that be ok to do and just cut the chocolate and crap out?

    Going to start this next week. Quick question though. My calorie needs are around 1600. Does this mean I just eat 1600 or does it mean if I eat 1600 but then burn of 600 doing insanity and other stuff like walking to work etc I have to eat those 600 back? If that makes sense.
