    Arsenal Thread - 2022/23

Would the result have been different if Isak wasn't injured? It's pointless as both could have been fit and made no difference. It's a shame that the referee handed cards our for nothing, I think he spoiled the game as a spectacle.

Chelsea Thread - 2022/23 | Pochettino confirmed as new manager

They're currently 10th in the league and their form is played 6, won 1, drawn 2 and lost 3. They'll not make the top 4 this year without going on an insane run which they've shown no indication of being able to put together.

Premier League Games 2/3/4/5 January '23

It is between you and Arsenal. We (Newcastle) were never in with a chance of winning the league but we'll still have a big part to play in who does as we've still got to play Arsenal, Man U, Liverpool and Spurs at home.

They have to be in danger of going down.

Nunez is the best defender Leicester have.

Faes almost had an assist to go with his two own goals, clown.

That's a terrible goal to hand Liverpool, nothing was really happening.

This time last year it would have been 'Come on Liverpool', this year it's 'Come on Leicester' life can be strange and move so quickly.

That person is Mike Ashley, he is universally hated on Tyneside.

    Newcastle Thread - 2022/23

I'm more than happy to apologise for what Ashley did, I was embarrassed at the time and I still am. As a Newcastle fan I guess that we’re all guilty by association but he did not do it with our blessing. We had literally nothing to benefit from it, it was just a sign of what a horrible bastard...

Nobody should take anybody on Youtube seriously, they're after clicks to earn them money.

    Newcastle Thread - 2022/23

The club doesn't have the finances yet, but we are working on it. We didn't really have a commercial department before the takeover as we didn't need one as the ground was only there to advertise for Ashley. That has changed, we had 100 staff members accompany the players for our trip to Saudi...

    Newcastle Thread - 2022/23

Weird, I've never felt persecuted in my life. I love where I live, I love my life and I wouldn't swap anything that I've ever experienced because those experiences have made me what I am. Could things have gone better? Absolutely but a lot more could have gone worse. I live in a town which is 20...

    Newcastle Thread - 2022/23

Winning the league is out of our reach, winning a cup is much easier and would take us to another level. Only three teams can win a domestic trophy and I would love to see us do it just once, after all we've waited since 1955 to do it and that is just not good enough.

    Newcastle Thread - 2022/23

Ashley should get the blame for signing the letter as it was down to him. He had no ambition for our club and rather than trying to be the best we could be, he tried to keep others down. I couldn't care less about what other people say about Newcastle, it just makes me want to see us to do...

Some of our fans were definitely like that. I agree that most of us were just jealous and wished them well.
