For the same reason no-one trusts Mancini over the potential signing of Sinclair or the signing of Rodwell. Too many Football Manager enthusiasts on this forum.
If memory serves me correctly (which is dodgy at the best of times) wasnt the rearranged match the game which involved that ridiculous bit of Brazilian skill by Rocastle and we won 2-1?
Humour me here but how is a player who's going to roundly booed all game of any benefit to Arsenal?
If it was City and this had happened to one of our players I certainly wouldn't want him to play - team spirit, crowd behind you etc.
How can this be correct, he earns 170k and Spurs' current biggest earner is 70k? For me Ladyman has this wrong.

-- Wed Aug 17, 2011 10:13 pm --

Im not convinced he was that good in the world cup, he was reasonable but I agree that he certainly looked as he was enjoying himself with people around him who made him feel comfortable. Elano was far better for me.
I think he probably burnt his bridges at City and doesnt really want to play...
Boateng looked comfortable at CB but, more importantly, added some much need height to the City team. Boeteng, YaYa, Kompany, Ade, Vieira give us the much needed presence.
