Of course it’s misunderstood. It was piece of chewing gum on a bedspread in Dorset.

I can 100 percent guarantee Trump will CLAIM victory regardless and say the election was fixed if he loses, if that helps.

I think @SWP's back has been pretty confident. Not sure if he’s 100 percent predicted it. I am optimistic but unsure, though I do think if there’s a landslide (say, fewer than 200 EC votes for one side) it will be Harris who wins. For that to happen either TX or FL would need to flip blue I think.

But as noted — what if female turnout is greater incrementally than what we lose in black men? It would be much easier for it to be so — the number of women over 18 outnumber black men by 5 or 6 to 1. Seems to me her best chance is NC and the state Trump could flip most readily is GA. If she...

Why did you just ignore my post? It’s an ironic jab at Trump. RAT isn’t posting bad news about Harris.

"Uh oh" is meant to be an ironic jab at Trump's chances. Similar to this:

I don't think that conclusion necessarily follows, mate. Turnout for women could still be extremely high on Election Day relative to men. Given the number of "none of the above" conversations we've had here, it's certainly a possibility that more men don't vote in general this time round.

Greatest Opening Lines to a song

I love, love, love that song. And this one: Spent the last year Rocky Mountain Way Couldn't get much higher Out to pasture Think it's safe to say Time to open fire

The Bluemoon Song Cup 2024 Champion Is Hilts!

Crazy to me -- Steely Dan's first song from their first record, and look at how far it's gone. And then after that, another nine great songs on CBAT, then another eight albums, with five or six in a row with effectively no clinkers. Absolutely amazing band, instantly recogniz(s)able. I get the...

Are you a UA pilot too? This board may explode if there more than of you! Just went over 2MM miles with UA this year.

This pretty much sums it up. I’m tired and am going into my shell while the world tries to find Harris’ Comey moment. Best of luck to blues everywhere Tuesday — may we wake up Wednesday free of these fears and burdens, at least for another four years.

The Bluemoon Song Cup 2024 Champion Is Hilts!

Late in the game but have a request for @BlueHammer85. When we are down to 10 songs, we take the bottom three vote getters in a "Good, Bad and Ugly" three-way showdown. The winner moves on, getting us to one song to go with the top 7, and then we go 8 to 4 to 2 to winner. That way one song...

I wouldn't use them for much other than that TBF. They were the most up-to-date (as of yesterday); the other sources were saying 50ish a few days ago.

TBF I don't think our best and brightest were doing it Jan 6. Nor indeed were those responsible for the poison cigar or whatever we gave Castro.

The reason is you were against the grain? A few posters here piss into the grain every day but their posts are here.

No words. See, to me, this is instantly disqualifying. It doesn't matter if the person was GOP, Democrat, Independent, Libertarian, Green, Purple, CTID Party, or my own parent or kid. Meantime, to others here: "Hmmm, I don't know. What are his policies?"

The biggest difference is that had the "protesters" succeeded in their aims, Dax would have celebrated (and rationaliz(s)ed) it. Remember this is all from a guy who worked on Obama's campaign, or claims he did. There is no moral, ethical, principled -- let alone consistent -- center with this...

Yeah Axios says 60M voted as of today not 100M. Big difference.

This conclusion doesn't make a whole lot of sense without talking about overall turnout.
