I wouldn't have a clue. As MCC are also involved with the plans for the Collar site, it could be anything. Stating the obvious. It might leisure still, commercial, tech, education, etc. Whatever it is, it will create jobs. It might be part housing, towers, apartment blocks, etc You never know...
