Is it normal for two sets of lawyers to have two different views on the law ? Surly the law is the law ?

Surely it's just the 19 clubs paying in the 115 case. City can't be expected to pay the pl one twentieth towards the charges against them ! So in this case surely the financial burden fall on the clubs that back the illegal rules

Could clubs that vote against these illegal rules than take action against the clubs voting illegal rules in ? Once it's proven these club acted outside the law ?

Will clubs be taking legal advice before voting or just relying on what the pl have told them ? Find it odd that some lawyers would be advising their clients to vote for illegal rules. Or advising them to vote before the panel have announced its recommendations.
