You must have been driving a pretty old car to not be exempt from ULEZ rules. I think diesel registered before 2015. And petrol engined cars before 2006. I know the last 3 cars I have owned since 2017 have all been ULEZ exempt.

The Ben became a Citizen's Advice type of place about 15 years ago,and then changed to a kids nursery in the last 6/7 years ago. And The Museum over the road became a general type store about 10/12 years ago. As already mentioned there are very few pubs on Moston Lane now.
