Jrb I think your source guy was right after all. It Was a 6.30 start on the lift, for them. He just didn't clarify that the lift is what now looks likely a three+ day undertaking. But all these things will be part of it to them.

Probably not. Make sense to get the weight transferred onto the crane though, and all checked, so the props and end pieces can be removed then the lift all happens the next day.
