    Been thinking about this and maybe the soltion is limit the number of competitive games a player can play for a club in a calendar year? I don't know what that limit should be but may be worth considering??

    I'd like to see all the foreign tours scrapped and the pointless Club "World Cup" too and the players getting a six week break. It won't happen because money talks (and I'm not talking about the money the players get paid)

    We had a sports teacher called Sam Shepherd who could be a sadistic bastard , if you were on one of his teams then he'd often whisk you out of detention. I think he refereed a Rugby League cup final one time in the 70's
