    Seasoncard - 2021/22

Your lucky then. I know a few people that did the same thing due to being furloughed and although they got the money back for the games that were refunded there season cards were cancelled. One of them doesn’t give a shite but the other is battling trying to get it reinstated. They referred him...

If you cancelled it your end then that will be enough. FYI if you also cancelled it last year before the final payment was taken they would have cancelled your season card anyway so there will be nothing to renew

There is no option to defer online. The "Not sure, keep my seat for now" option is if you are not renewing for a specific person in your friends and family list.

Yes you need to call to defer

If i remember rightly you had to contact them if you wanted it as credit otherwise the refunds were automatic

How long was the name on the bank account? Noticed for some reason it had a maximum of 18 characters so had to take off the MR from the one I was doing for a family member

Also make sure your not putting dashes in the sort code

We don’t know for sure yet how it’s is going to work. The talk of being able to transfer tickets suggests the person named on the ticket will have to be the one that attends You don’t have to cancel his ticket this year you could always defer and see how things pan out?

Was it miss wording or back tracking though? Prior to this the ticket office had told a couple of people on this forum that if they deferred they may not get their seat back next year. No mention that it would be due to the possibility of groundwork/expansion etc.

Its not the deferral. The club have once again not explained this very well. You choose the "Not sure" option if you are not renewing for a specific person in your friends and family. If you want to defer or cancel you will have to ring up and before the 16th otherwise the auto renewal may kick in

    Seasoncard - 2021/22

There is no deferral option on online. You have to ring up to defer.

You don’t get any points for away tickets anymore

So you didn’t pay off your season card in 19/20? If so I think you’ll find it has been cancelled. If you log into your account and go to season ticket history for 19/20 does it say expired or cancelled?

Apparently you have to ring up and let then know you want to defer

My 19/20 didn’t renew automatically as they claimed I had paid the last payment via debit card. I hadn’t and it was a right faff getting them to sort it out. With the refunds/credits they issued as well it wouldn't surprise me if the system couldn't handle it

They confirmed to someone on here that if you defer they cannot guarantee your seat will be available next year. To me that sounds like if you defer you seat will be available to pick for relocations or new season card applicants ?

    You would hope so

Pretty sure under current circumstances there are no auto renewals and people have to manually renew

Poor. No further info released. They have just rehashed the same info from Saturday. People wonder why the forum is full of moaners. Same shite every year

They are 100% planning for no restrictions hence the renewal process. A lot can happen between now and August, but I feel this week will be pivotal so fingers and toes crossed.
