Why will it necessarily be the tech that fails? When people can’t even follow simple instructions in an email then subsequently have “issues” entering how is that techs fault? Yes systems can fail as in all walks of life but most of the time it is down to user error

Not to have a go at you mate but what do you need help with exactly? You answered your own question “the email states they will email you again in 7 days when the ticket is available” It really will be un surprising when there is chaos at the first game and people are blaming the “tech”

From what I have been told mobile ticketing will be used by away fans for the clubs that are using it. So off the top of my head Spurs, Arsenal, Rags, Liverpool, Norwich & Everton

Some will be technophobes and some will genuinely not have the means, however the majority whinging online and social media are no doubt using their NFC enabled smart phones to do so.

You must have a card registered on your account if they did that. They can’t use DD details to make one off payments.

Yes apologies after speaking to her it’s slightly different but it’s uses NFC like Google Pay and she stores all get passes in there as well. She used it for the Everton game so it will be fine
