As long as the tickets are issued in a way that those who bought them must be the persons that use them, then that's as good as it gets. Purchasing to profiteer or aid others jump a queue and then force those who've been leapfrogged to purchase more expensive seats or miss out altogether is bad...

All tickets are E-Tickets so they probably haven't the capacity to have names nor be checked, but that said, there is a requirement for fans to bring ID. All the info is on the UEFA CL Website. Link was a few pages back. As for buying out there, well that is a huge gamble on being sold a fake...
