    82 | Rico Lewis - 2024/25

So-so game but he tries and makes winning plays like the nick and run at the end to deal the victory.

    20 | Bernardo Silva - 2024/25

Need one of Doku or Savio to always start on the wing. Need to rotate Bernardo, Gundo and Kova in the midfield. 2/3 should generally start, I think.

    19 | Ilkay Gundogan - 2024/25

Needed replacing after 75 mins or so.

Kova- really happy with the two goals but offers no protection to the back 4. Midfield was ran through counter after counter. Stones- really poor cameo. Walker- washed. Gundo needed replacing after 70-75 mins. Josko and Eddie were awesome, I thought. Doku thunder bastard, game changing...

    5 | John Stones - 2024/25

Really poor cameo in my opinion.

That was a "fuck you" missile.

    31 | Ederson - 2024/25

Saved us a few times today.

    19 | Ilkay Gundogan - 2024/25

Didn't have a preseason. Still getting used to playing with Kova and Rico in the midfield. He's close though.

    11 | Jeremy Doku - 2024/25

I've been bored and went back to watch Doku. While I am slightly annoyed that he hasn't taken a big leap forward, he's been pretty good for the most part. I feel output-wise he's been unlucky. Rico hitting the post against Ipswich, Kevin hitting the post against West Ham, Gundo missing the...

I bet he will be the short term replacement for Neuer. German Rag tap up.

Interesting. City have been linked to both Barella and Ricci.

    Players who might improve us

Up there with Bernal of Barca as two of the best midfielders in the age group. Great, great talent. Won't surprise me if Madrid is already sniffing around. Papa Perez loves his Brazilian and French wonderkids.

    87 | James McAtee - 2024/25

Really solid cameo. As long as he continues to get better and contribute, he will be fine and probably save us £50-60m in the market. Thought Pep's comments were interesting about wanting him to feel more confident and comfortable within the squad.

I thought the first half was beautiful.

    2 | Kyle Walker - 2024/25

Just can't stop doing dumb things on and off the pitch. Our captains before him have been Gundo, Ferna, David and Vinnie. What a fall.

    Rafael Luis - Benfica

Physically and stylistically he has been compared by some to Villarreal Rodri. He's a good prospect but not first team ready especially for City. I don't know much about this source but City have a good relationship with Benefica.

https://www.theguardian.com/football/2024/sep/27/rodri-ruled-out-for-the-rest-of-the-season-for-manchester-city-with-acl-injury Did not see a thread on this lad even though, he has been discussed in other threads. Personally feel he would be a really strong signing. Fits the age and need...

    19 | Ilkay Gundogan - 2024/25

Like I said earlier, he needs to be better. However, I don't have concerns about Gundo. He was the best midfielder in LA Liga last season and one of the best in the Euros. He will be fine. He needs to get used to playing next to Kova and Rico on the midfield. The synergy between those 3 was off.

    11 | Jeremy Doku - 2024/25

I think Doku is probably as quick in the initial 5-10 meters but I agree his long speed is not good. I also agree he's a ball dominant player. I wonder how he best fits. He's a chaotic player with a unique skill set but a skill set that wouldn't thrive against packed, organized defenses.
