Thanks. Wasn't actually disorderly though, just at the wrong location. Could have gone to rugby, cricket or golf and been fine as it's not against the law to be drunk when there but football fans are treated differently. Seems my mate will be fine and nothing to worry about.

I don't see the value in signing a centre half over a left back when the two left backs you refer to us having are actually centre halves. If needed, either of them could move to fill in the middle if needed because the others were injured and leave the left back to play left back.

A 6 month conditional discharge and £35 in court costs. Didn't even know it was a criminal offence until it happened. Not even drunk and disorderly because nothing wrong was actually done other than having had one too many beers before a match.
