    The Stones Goal

Obviously a foul on him but Eddie needed to force his way out of the situation even flatten one of the tarquins if needed, make more of the foul so it couldnt be ignored like it was, he is a big lad he should put himself about a bit more than he does :-)

    The Stones Goal

Exactly, Eddie should have been stronger & more determined just like the wolves keeper today, the difference is the reaction by the media who didnt mention it when we conceded but by tommorow will probably calling for a replay of todays game :-)

    The Stones Goal

I think we were a bit fortunate to be honest but what goes around comes around like when Eddie was fouled between two Arsenal players, they scored & sweet FA was said about it.

I dont think you can go far wrong with a volvo as long as its been regularly serviced properly, I have thought about getting a XC90 for winter but the V70 is just to reliable to get rid of at the moment :-)

Volvo V70 estate with the D5 engine, mind numbingly dull but its reliable, economical, loads of space, built like a tank & looked after will go on forever. The bloke who does High Peak Autos reviews on you tube is very good & not sure but I think he is a blue?

I know Phils not been great for England but those cretins in the media would have put Phil as player of the tournament last summer was it not for a few inches (insert your own joke), he hit the post twice & had one cleared off the line, if those go in he is the best thing since sliced bread...

51 years ago today - Swales became chairman

Swales said we couldnt afford to keep Trevor Francis, when in actual fact we couldnt afford to sell him, Swales really was an idiot.

51 years ago today - Swales became chairman

I distinctly remember Swales Saying when he apointed Mcneill, "if he goes I go" or words to that effect, needless to say the cretin Swales didnt stick to his words & lied again, I remember it because my dad who was a lifelong blue since the 30s hated Swales with a passion & decided to give up...
