    Media Discussion - 2023/24

I very rarely bother watching the press conferences, as the standard of 'journalists' in this country is as bad as I can ever remember it. The questions are deliberately provocative, designed to get a reaction and as we have seen from Pep's response to the Ballon D'or question, those are the...

    Brighton (H) - Sat 21st Oct, 15:00 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

Do you know what time the stadium opens mate? I'd like to watch that match, but if the stadium doesn't open until halfway through the game I'll find somewhere else to watch it. Edit - Just seen the post above saying it opens at 1pm!

    Arsenal (A) - Sun Oct 8th, 16:30 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

--------------------Ederson------------------ Walker----Akanji----Dias-----Gvardiol -----------Bernardo-----Kovacic------------ Foden------------Alvarez-----------Doku ---------------------Haaland------------------ I can see us adapting our style and looking to pick Arsenal off as they try and...

Pettiest thing that you’ve done as a fan

I worked in a shop when Beckham's autobiography went on sale. Every time I walked past the display I hid the copies behind other books so they weren't visible....

    Season Tickets - 2023/24

Thanks for the reply mate, that's really helpful. I'll drop them a message and like you say, hopefully they can at least forward it to the relevant department to sort. There's got to be a better solution than someone in their 70's having to queue up every week! Thanks again.

    Season Tickets - 2023/24

Thanks mate, appreciate the message. That's rubbish to hear about your work mate, really shouldn't happen.

    Season Tickets - 2023/24

My Dad is a season ticket holder and match going blue of circa 60 years. He's currently having problems with his smart phone and tickets haven't been able to load for the last couple of games. He trekked out to the stadium today to get a physical ticket printed (which they have done for the last...

    Kalvin Phillips

I hope it all works out for Phillips at City, but it is hard to see him getting game time. John Stones is an example of someone who was at one point out of favour, but managed to turn it around. Hoping Phillips can do the same.

    Cole Palmer

Chelsea must have seen him linked with Brighton and decided to save themselves time and money bidding for him next summer....

    Eberechi Eze

If he signs I'm expecting the Noel Gallagher "Easy Now" youtube links to follow pretty quickly!

    Eberechi Eze

Yeah, he's a player I've rated for a while, without having seeing him every week, or particularly thinking of as a potential City player. I randomly watched QPR v West Brom a few years ago and he was by far the best player on the pitch so it was no surprise that a Premier league team snatched...

    Jeremy Doku

I've not seen Doku play a lot, but always try and watch Belgium when KDB is playing and he's always caught the eye. His pace is unreal and he knows how to take players on. Pep will no doubt work with him on how to control a game, but he's definitely an exciting signing.

    Psoriatic Arthritis survey part 2

Bumping this thread as I'm having a flare up at the moment. The joints in one of my fingers have become quite swollen and painful. I'm waiting for a referral to the consultant, and in the meantime I'm on Naprosyn and paracetamol, but I'm not finding the benefits of either. Just wondering if...

    TV Series

Its brilliant isn't it. Michael Keaton is superb, but the whole cast are great and its mindblowing that its based on true events. Netflix have brought out their version of the Oxycontin scandal, a new show called Painkiller. If you liked Dopesick I'd say it's worth a watch, it's also very well done.

It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

Its good to have that perspective and keep us grounded. We're so lucky to have experienced what we have over the last few years. Laporte leaving is an example of that. He scored a winning goal in a cup final for us, had that happened at another time he'd have gone down as one of the clubs...

    Aymeric Laporte

The season before the treble he was crucial to the title win and played through injury to get us over the line. Top professional, will be sorry to seen him go. Disappointed he won't be playing in a top European league though, seems a waste of his talent.

Should We Be Magnanimous In Our Treble, CL And PL Chanting This Season?

Wait for the "where were you when you were shit?" chants, which usually happen inside five minutes from most away fans, then give it to them with both barrels. Villa fans will be even more bitter than usual this season, seeing as we've ruined their only song.
